Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, such as sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping and tracking details.


Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days — Flat rate: $7.00
  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — Flat rate: $10.00
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–2 business days — Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and package weight to ensure accurate pricing.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

 



Tracking Information

 

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email containing your tracking number at the address provided during checkout.

 

If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the USPS website after your label is generated.


Delivery & Liability

 

 

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, thefts, or damages that may occur during transit or after delivery.

 

Each order is automatically insured for up to $100 through USPS.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm using your tracking information.

For any delivery-related concerns, customers are encouraged to contact USPS directly.


Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the order to be resent.
