Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade, and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If an issue arises with your order — such as damage, missing items, or receiving the incorrect product — please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery. We will carefully review your case and make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter appropriately.

 


Shipping, Delivery & Package Pickup Responsibilities

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates and collecting any packages held for pickup at the post office or carrier facility.

 

If a package is held for pickup, it must be retrieved within the carrier’s designated holding period (typically 5–15 days). We may make reasonable efforts to notify customers when their order is available for pickup, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to collect their package on time.

 

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or failure to retrieve it within the holding period, we reserve the right to deduct the following from any approved refund:

  • The actual shipping cost you paid (including any signature confirmation fee)
  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier
  • A 20% restocking fee for handling and processing

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once the carrier marks a shipment as “Delivered.”

 

Signature Confirmation Policy

 

For the protection of our customers, all orders totaling $100 or more will automatically include signature confirmation upon delivery. This measure ensures secure receipt of high-value packages and helps prevent loss or theft.
